Every ASSITEJ 2008 World Congress and Performing Arts Festival event is staged in an accessible venue. Contact us for further information.
 

 

Booking conditions – Important! Please read.

 
1: Select your preferred events and sessions.
 
2:  Download Booking Form.
 
3: Complete the details carefully and fax back to us at (08) 8271 9905.
 
Use a separate booking form for each request. Booking requests will be processed in order of arrival; many shows will book out early so do not delay!
 
4: We will operate waiting lists for any booked-out performances in case of cancellations.
 
5: Payment is preferred within 28 days of booking. However, because we understand the intricacies of organising excursions and student’s payments, we are offering a ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ facility. To finalise your booking, the Booking Office must receive full payment by Monday March 10, 2008.
 
6: On receipt of your booking request, we will send you a Tax Invoice to confirm your booking. Please pass this invoice on to your School Bursar for payment. If you haven’t heard from us within 3 days please contact the booking office on (08) 8271 1422.
 
7: Changes to ticket numbers and cancellations on unpaid tickets are accepted up to Monday March 10, 2008 at no charge.
 
8: Tickets booked but unpaid from Tuesday March 11, 2008 onwards will be offered to other schools. Should no school be found to purchase the outstanding tickets, the total cost of the outstanding booking is payable to the person/school whose signature/Order Number is on the Booking Form within 14 days after the ticketed performance date.
 
9: Bookings made after Monday March 10, 2008 require full payment within 14 days of the booking date.
 
10: On receipt of your payment we will send you a Tax Receipt and Confirmation notice.
 
11: Bring the Confirmation Notice to the venue at the time of your booked performance(s) – this is your ticket for entry!
 
12: There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets.
 
13: All tickets are GST free.
 
14: Tickets for all performances are subject to availability.
 
15: In the unlikely event of a performance being cancelled we will offer you alternative dates/performances if available or a refund on tickets purchased.
 
16: No Booking Form will be accepted without the name and signature of the person making the booking or an official Purchase Order Number.
 
17: A booking fee of $5 applies per performance.
